Hotel is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur which is accessible to everything. Malls is just around the corner such as Pavillion,Lot10,Farenheit.There’s a lot of variety of restaurant depends on which choice you want like Mediterranean, Western, and Asian cuisine.Transportations as its most important for us to reach our tour destination,public transport is just walking distance from the Hotel such as train (Bukit Bintang station) and free buses. Over all is a thumbs up for ABS Bintang Guest House we will surely come back to this place!

Staff were absolutely excellent and couldn't do enough to help me with a few things. Aii in particular went above and beyond. Nothing was too much hassle. A really good team of staff, always polite and helpful. Good location and good value. sure we will b back again. The location near to everything. Small room, no window (you pay what you get), inconvenient for couple or family. Difficult to do luggage packing.

No towels, no toilet paper, electronic sockets broken, fan broken, shared bathroom and shower with loose handles, dirty broken mirrors and leaking pipes that make you wish the wet you stepped on at bathroom is only water. But what really made me flip was that it was supposedly OK for the family in charge let their kids run around and the whole family make noise with their friends at the hotel corridor waay past midnight, making sleeping impossible. The cherry on the top of the cake being the construction yard of the entrance ladders. Please. Never go here. Even if 50RM is your choice of budget. No. You can spend a better quality night at airport bench if it comes to that. Trust me.

very kind and very helpful staff, good location, close to Bukit Bintang station and pavillion KL. we will back to stay in there for the next trip, if you like shopping then this is the right place for you to stay

I have never seen a room so disgusting in my time travelling. Sheets and pillow cases were stained and unwashed, exposed wiring from one wall to another, had to "Upgrade" to get a room that was acceptable to sleep in and even that was dirty. I would recommend that the venue be taken off booking dot com, as if this was in Western Europe it would have been shut down long ago. I even had the pleasure of paying 100rm for 1 night and the cancellation fee. Never again, stay well away from here
